chore: remove build artifacts from Git tracking
Remove 2025+ build artifact files that were mistakenly committed. These directories are now properly ignored by .gitignore: - impl/elixir/_build/ (Elixir build artifacts) - impl/rust-cli/target/ (Rust build artifacts) Files remain on disk but are no longer tracked by Git.
