docs: update federation-readiness to reflect 8 regeneration strategies

Applies remaining foldback from verisim-modular-experiment (FOLDBACK.adoc item 3).

Two stale 'six modalities' references (lines 114, 157) updated to 'eight'
consistent with the list at line 63-72 that already includes Provenance
and Spatial.
