Completes #130's partial reword - fixes the faq self-contradiction, the void.rdf/void.ttl licence URI (palimpsest.spdx.dev -> spdx.org/licenses/MPL-2.0.html), CONTRIBUTING, the rsr-compliance badge, the _base.ncl PMPL-fallback note, the k9 setup-example LICENSE curl, and the remaining marketing prose.
