Human-only ("only J can do it") action items

There is a canonical Google Drive doc for tasks that only Jonathan can do (credentials, account-bound steps, anything CI/automation cannot perform):

  • "Things for Jonathan to do — vscode-a2ml publishing" (Google Doc id 1_M4KmorQDXYgqZkP2S3co1cxdh2VDMGpzeA1uHuPJX8)

Whenever work concludes with a final step that only Jonathan can perform, append it to that doc rather than only mentioning it in chat.
