Describe the bug
The current CommandBarFlyout is missing the bottom label, still uses UWP context menu animations instead of the fade effect like the standard context menu in WinUI 3, and the margin for the expanded menu is incorrect.
After testing this controll and using the label look like the label not working properly. The variable is already there but it cant read the text we set. Other issue is the margin seems like also not right for the expanded menu
