Unable to select Speed Sensor Type

Describe the bug

In the widget coinfiguration menu I am unable to select the Speed Sensor type, the text is greyed out. My model has both GPS and also pitot tube, i would like to use the pitot tube but am unable to select it.

To reproduce

1. Open widget config menu
2. Scroll down to 'Speed Sensor'
3. The text is greyed out and the value field shows '-- '

Expected behavior

<I expect to be able to select either GPS or Pitot tube as the Speed Sensor input.

INAV does not send airspeed (pitot or virtual) over CRSF until 9.1. This is the reason the telemetry widget also doesn't support it with ELRS or TBS.
