To Start Work, This EPIC Needs:

1. Tech Decision Required:

   • Which NIST PQC algorithms? (Dilithium2/3/5 for signatures? Kyber512/768/1024 for KEX?)
   • Library choice: pqcrypto, libcrux, or dilithium-rs/kyber-rs?
   • Integration: Replace libp2p noise IK handshake entirely or layer PQC on top?

2. Sub-tasks to Create:

   • PQC crate selection and benchmark
   • Replace ECDSA key derivation with Dilithium
   • Replace libp2p noise handshake with Kyber-based KEX
   • Update wallet generation/storage
   • Network protocol update for PQC keys
   • Interop testing

3. Prerequisite: Must align with [EPIC] Integrar Memoria Agéntica y GraphRAG (Dojo Local) #747 (memory) for key storage and [EPIC] Cómputo Oportunista y Multi-Provider Swarm #748 (multi-provider) for computation
