Describe the bug
Updating the port number in environment doesn't take effect.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change the port number in .env file (Eg: 8081)
2. Run the server make run
3. The server still runs on port 8080

Expected behavior
Server should start on port 8081

Logs/Error Output

Environment:

• MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70)
• Go Version: 1.24
• PostgreSQL Version: 17.3

Additional context
This change needs to reflect in dockerfile and docker compose as well
