In the section about connecting to the internet, there are often two types of code: one for the ItsyBitsy and one for the Raspberry Pi. On other places the code is the same for both microcontrollers. Therefore a lot of students that did not see this and ran into issues, because they were using the wrong code. Maybe a warning stating to make sure to use the right code, would prevent a lot of these issues.
