Update window shortcuts to match to those appearing when running :help ctrl-w

@ikertejero Hello! In fact, the book is correct. Lowercase control symbols are usually denoted like this A, and uppercase like this Shift+A. I read about it in the book: Learning the vi and Vim Editors, 8th Edition.
