feature: show conditions for breakpoints if they exist

I can't see difference between conditional and basic breakpoints.

I would like to be able to see breakpoints conditions if they have them. And ability to edit them, like watch expressions.

Hello,

This falls in a situation similar as #74, where I'd rather wait for mfussenegger/nvim-dap#1388. Unfortunately, it hasn't received much attention lately.

As with #74, I'm open to PRs, though.
