However, I have used it to e.g., (_i_) wrangle dataframes and add complex aspects to plots in R (that I sanity check after), (_ii_) help me reassociate the right bits of my writing with their references after a citation manager spasm (that I check after), (_iii_) ballpark estimate plausible cell count to optical density correlations while setting up some lab pilots, or (_iv_) layout draft html code for the [Career Map](https://igwill.github.io/map/) page on this website (for which I learned just enough html to modify to my needs after). I’m open to learning more to smartly use, but not overly rely upon, this emerging technology. For now I treat it like a well-meaning and hard-working assistant, rather than an expert collaborator. If only it could also go pick up coffee too.
