Some instances of the
entanglementcircuits had extraneousCNOTgates where the control qubit is the same as the target qubit.This might be an issue with the generator, but I have not looked into that yet.
Curiously, there is an empty line in the place of this invalid gate in other instances.
I recognize you may wish to keep these files unchanged if these exact circuits were used in the experiments.
