If you're trying to improve docs about CLI options:

There are options to "rqbit", options to "rqbit server", options to "rqbit download" etc. They need to be all given due diligence

The Redme already mentions some options, no need to do it twice. Maybe remove existing ones.

Ordering options in the order of decreasing importance might help.
