BEP52 Phase 2: hybrid verification, v2 magnet flow, and tests

Summary

• Enforce hybrid verification (v1 + v2) and wire BEP52 hash request/response
• Add v2-only magnet handling + HTTP resolve_magnet support
• Add merkle small-tree optimizations + optional large-file perf test
