Show rate limit warnings in the frontend UX when approaching limit

When the API returns X-RateLimit-Remaining headers, show a non-blocking warning in the UI when remaining requests are low (e.g., <5).

I’d like to work on this enhancement issue under GSSoC'26.

I reviewed the requirement and I think adding a frontend rate-limit warning will improve user experience significantly by preventing sudden failed requests without context.

My implementation approach:

• Inspect the existing frontend API request flow where response headers are handled
• Read the X-RateLimit-Remaining header from API responses
• Trigger a lightweight non-blocking warning banner/toast when remaining requests fall below a threshold (for example <5)
• Keep the warning informational only, without interrupting ongoing workflows
• Ensure the warning updates dynamically as new requests are made
• Add responsive styling so the warning remains visible and clean on smaller screens as well

I’ll also make sure:

• the warning does not appear repeatedly/spam the UI
• missing headers are handled safely
• existing frontend behavior remains unaffected

If assigned, I can keep the implementation minimal, clean, and focused on frontend UX consistency.
