Traverse Folder Encoded

A simple and fast file conversion and encoding tool. Data is priceless, so use it with caution.

Known issues

• UTF-8 cannot be converted to GBK without Chinese.
• Some encoding conversions may become garbled.

Usage

[Software Name] [Encoded(utf-8/gbk/gb2312/65001...)] [File/Folder Path]

Example on Windows:

TraverseFolderEncoded.exe utf-8 "D:\test"

or

TraverseFolderEncoded.exe 65001 "D:\test"
