fix: remove patch for removed flux receiver crd version#1851

Flux 2.9 dropped the deprecated beta API versions from the Receiver CRD, leaving only v1, so the versions/1 patch target no longer exists and the flux-system/flux Kustomization fails to build. Same situation as #1022.
