Plugin Warnings in Manage Jenkins

The reason you may encounter a warning for using the Environment Injector Plugin is due to a security flaw where the environment variables that the plugin saves are not secure.

You can remove it by going to Configure which of these warnings are shown Under Hidden security warnings click Security warnings... then uncheck the box for the Environment Injector Plugin
