Refactor WordPress adapter to support dynamic RSS widgets

Replaces hardcoded 'wp-news' and 'wp-events' channels with dynamic detection of dashboard RSS widgets. Refactors event location logic for clarity and maintainability, and updates related methods for deduplication and sorting. Updates tests to remove assertions for the removed static channels.
