Sync other projects to `io.ia.sdk-0.4.1`

Consume the recent io.ia.sdk-0.4.1 from #64. We were in a hurry and needed a patched plugin quickly for an Ignition build issue.

For reference, see f8ab54a.

Since we have a v0.4.1 tag + release now, we may need to bump everything to 0.4.2.
