[DOCS] Add zai-api-key to github-action inputs table

[inference-gateway-maintainer]

The infer-action repo has added a new zai-api-key input for the ZAI provider (PR inference-gateway/infer-action#186). The github-action.md page needs a new row in the inputs table for this provider.

Affected page: github-action.md - the action inputs table listing *-api-key rows.

Action needed: Add a zai-api-key row to the inputs table, following the same format as the existing provider rows (e.g., nvidia-api-key).
