tbh i'm not really sure about this one, @SeanBarker182 ran into issues with mmkv not working well with windows so that's where this came from

For now I think we're going to go the route of just reading and writing JSON for persistence. Since we're not going to store logs, or needs for storage are pretty minimal. We just need to get a native module wired up for the read/write.

yeah, and in a meeting with @jamonholmgren and @silasjmatson we discussed using C++ to read/write the file for the speed gainz

While sqlite could maybe be useful in the future for doing some fancy data stuff when displaying benchmarking stuff, flat file storage is best for now, imo.
