Adds Parallel Code as a concrete implementation option for the existing "Run Multiple Agents in Parallel" technique.
The note is limited to the practical workflow: use one isolated Git worktree per agent or task, then review each diff before merging. I also mirrored the addition across the translated README files so the structure stays aligned.
