Adopted Greptile as the AI PR reviewer across the 6 Intent Eval Platform code repos, replacing CodeRabbit + Gemini (both cancelled). Successor to #6.
Per repo, a .greptile/ directory (the correct monorepo format — replacing the deprecated flat greptile.json):
config.json — scoped rules from the repo's real invariants (46 rules total)files.json — grounding docs (consistency-audited)rules.md — principal-reviewer architectural brief
Then a consistency audit of the grounding docs (11 stale-banner annotations + 3 flat-wrong docs fixed), and a doc-drift banner-cleanup sweep (~24 stale future/pre-release/DRAFT/scaffolding banners across 21 files refreshed to current shipped state, pushed direct to main — no PRs — to avoid Greptile per-PR cost). All main CI green.
