- Plug in phone
- Go to Settings>Security>Encrypt Storage
- Enter 4-digit PIN
- Click ok to encrypt
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally, the screen would go black with a green Android on it. The phone then reboots and encryption begins. Instead, the phone hangs on the green Android screen
