IPM 0.10.4 doesn't allow installation of some other python-enabled modules

at least reproduced for shvarov-user-management and csvgenpy modules.

It looks like IPM client 0.10.4 installs some Python modules and prevents new modules from being installed if there is a dependency conflict.

There is no such issue in 0.9.2.

@isc-kiyer @timleavitt - any chance we can address it? Now I have some other issues with 0.9.2, so both make IPM unusable for me - so this regression bug is a real blocker.

@evshvarov I just tried this with IPM v0.10.5 and it seems to work just fine. The ipm-python-bug-test and shvarov-user-management modules get installed with the google_auth and requests python packages from the requirement.txt. Can you please confirm whether this fully solves the issue?

@isc-dchui i confirm that Invoke method works now, but I still see the error in the build log:

I believe that's a result of IPM directly supplying a pure python implementation of rpds in the modules/python directory that gets <FileCopy> to the mgr directory, so pip doesn't know about it. I don't think this is a concern as the module does exist and a user can overwrite this copy by (in)directly installing with pip/requirements.txt

Closing this as I believe the issue has been resolved and the error is not a concern.

@isc-dchui in fact I still have this issue in another bigger project, so I cannot isolate the bug case for now.

For bookkeeping purposes, let's say #1004 captures the issue of python dependencies, which I believe is solved for 0.10.5, and this captures the other regression for 0.10.4.

This one manifests as an issue with <Invoke>'s. If there is an <Invoke> that generates a class and code and another <Invoke> that attempts to call the generated method, it fails. Reported to be working in 0.10.3 but not 0.10.4 or 0.10.5. Will need investigating of the isolated cause, but this is what we have to start with.
