update to Apktool 2.2.1

As title, also change log level to Debug.
smali code for Long & Double should use 2 registers.
( v0,v1 or v2,v3 ...etc, not v1,v2)

Long:
invoke-static {v0, v1}, Liglogger;->d(J)I

Double:
invoke-static {v0, v1}, Liglogger;->d(D)I
