No Private key in PushCert.pem

Hi,
first of all thank you for the great project.
I have followed entire setup and everything is ok except a problem when I send some command to the device.
I receive the error "error:140B0009:SSL routines:SSL_CTX_use_PrivateKey_file:PEM lib".

How can I solve this?

When I open created keys and certificates in Keychain, from there I can extract apns certificate in pem format which contains certificate and private key in one pem file.

When using this pem file to send command to the device, everything passes without a problem. There is no error but notification doesn't reach device.
I have tried everything.

What should I do?
