fix: cleanup copied translations

* Deleted translation files for hr, hu, it, ja, ka, ko, lt, no, pl,
  pt, ro, ru, sk, sv, tr, uk, zh_CN, and zh_TW.
* Updated translations.pot with new entries for "From" and "To".
* Cleaned up  translation as it should come from transifex
