Buttons icons (locked, post reply, etc) not showed in viewforum.php

Hi,
I AM using phpbb 3.2 but maybe this issue was also present on previos phpbb version?

Buttons icons (locked, post reply, etc) not showed in viewforum.php
as you can see here:

Bloccato (locked) has no icons as all buttons.
How I can fix?

I think the same but this should be written from who are on the team. Thanks for your tips but my question on "how to solve button icon issue" still be valid.

I have looked at theme of phpbb and there are no one who I like. Just this hihi
