"Copy text" button inside a note

Still a great app, thanks for fixing #48!

My use case for notes apps involve a lot of copying and pasting text, to use in emails, IMs, etc. Would it be possible to add a "Copy text" button to the Edit/View activity? Either on the toolbar, or as an option in the three-dot overflow menu. This would enable copying the entire contents of a note to the clipboard without having to:

1. Enter edit mode
2. Long pressing a word/some text
3. Clicking select all
4. Clicking copy

It is also currently (at least on Samsung) possible to share the note as text, then copy it from the share dialogue, but this also takes as many clicks as it does to manually copy it. A copy button right in the view/edit activity would simplify this by a ton.
