refactor(firestore): consolidate iOS pipeline boolean receiver lowering

Unify switchOn condition lowering into the main stack walker and scope
Firebase receiver coercion to switchOn via booleanReceiverExpression mode,
keeping wire-based boolean lowering for where filters and aggregates.
