Add a function into @capacitor/device which provides the channel (Tablet or Mobile)

Description

Provide a function which can directly say whether the current device is a Tablet (Android and iOS iPads)
Currently we rely on the Model. But different Mobile Making Companies donot include Tablet in the model name.

Preferred Solution

1. Solution can be based on the screen size.
2. Also if there is any parameter which can be read from Native Android and iOS which clearly differentiate between Tablet devices and Mobile devices.
