By CMP0153: https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/policy/CMP0153.html compatible since cmake 3.0, required in cmake 4.2
Who thought it would be a good idea to ignore timestamps in archives? automake relies on timestamps to determine whether Makefile.in etc need to be rebuild from their config files. But sure, it's obsolete behavior in cmake for a while now...
