Pull Request Overview
Updates the support listing for ObsidianIRC client by reorganizing and adding new IRC capabilities and client tags.
- Alphabetically reorganizes existing capabilities
- Adds new supported capabilities including chghost, metadata, sasl-3.2, and no-implicit-names
- Groups client tags under a comment section for better organization
