Hi! Just wanted to head up a small mistake in the config screen tooltips.
Both MC-259512 and MC-206540 currently show the exact same tooltip description text:
Increased input delay when riding an entity
According to the Mojang Bug Tracker:
-MC-206540 tooltip should be: "Increased input delay when riding an entity"
-MC-259512 tooltip should be changed to something like: "Horizontal camera rotation lags when riding"
