Request for guidance on CloudXR Early Access / NGC access for Meta Quest 3 teleoperation

Hello Isaac Lab team,

I am trying to use Meta Quest 3 with Isaac Lab / Isaac Sim 5.1 for manipulator teleoperation.

From the Isaac Lab documentation, I understand that Meta Quest 3 support is provided through the CloudXR Early Access program, and that approved users should receive access to CloudXR.js with Isaac Teleop samples on NGC.

However, I could not find a clear application path for CloudXR Early Access on the public CloudXR SDK page, and I do not currently see the required CloudXR.js / Isaac Teleop resources in NGC.

Could you please clarify the recommended process for one of the following?

1. How to apply correctly for CloudXR Early Access for Isaac Lab use cases.
2. Whether Isaac Lab users need to request access through a specific NVIDIA Developer / NGC channel.
3. Whether there is an alternative supported workflow for Meta Quest 3 teleoperation in Isaac Lab.

My use case:

• Isaac Lab / Isaac Sim 5.1
• Meta Quest 3
• Manipulator teleoperation
• Robotics research / data collection
• Hand-tracking or controller-based XR teleoperation
