macOS : Ability to use "option" key as meta (ESC+)

Feature description

Right now the "option" key in combination of a letter doesn't produce a meta (ESC+) one.

• Add ability to transform the "option key to meta (ESC+)
  • Add a setting option?
  • Add a custom button inside the State Bar in order to toggle the option / meta?
