Publish itemis CREATE for Visual Studio Code on Open VSX

I would like to test itemis CREATE for Visual Studio Code in Eclipse Theia. Since Eclipse Theia cannot directly install extensions from Microsoft’s Visual Studio Code Marketplace, it would be great if this extension were also published in the Open VSX Registry.
