Mineos help pls

Hi all, currently running Hexparrot mineos on unraid,but as it’s being a pain to update to the latest versions I’m looking to change it.
I am a complete noob at this stuff tbh and looking at how I can install this on unraid.
any help would be amazing, just have to treat me like a 10 year old when you explain it..
