…rop experimental gate) Un-hides the agent console (chat), board-history toggle, and targeted feedback for all non-readonly views (removes the EXPERIMENTAL/tc-experimental flag). These were hidden behind the flag; the re-enable previously lived only on the unmerged #218 branch, so a viewer redeploy from master reverted it. Puts it on master so deploys keep chat/history on.

Un-hides the agent console (chat), board-history toggle, and targeted feedback for all non-readonly views (removes the
EXPERIMENTAL/tc-experimentalflag inviewer.ts).Why now: the re-enable previously lived only on the unmerged #218 branch, so redeploying the viewer from master (to fix the Masonry stale-deploy, #231) reverted chat/history. This puts it on master so deploys keep them on. Deployed live as rev 00110 (verified: gate gone, console/history wired, Masonry present).
