Update kind URLs

Several things need fixing:

• The kind URLs need to have the schema version number in the path.
• Need to add the .yaml suffix to the file names.
• Automate the deployment of the site files.
• Move the abstract classes into the sub-directories.
  e.g. abstract-data-resource moves to types/data

Not as simple as I thought .... the Purls point to the docs directory of the ExecutionBroker project in ivoa-std.
So a separate project in a separate organization ...

We could use git submodule to import Calycopis-schema, and then a symlink to place the schema files where we want them.
