Refactor: BinaryExporter optimization + javadoc

This PR improves the BinaryExporter class in several ways:

• Updates the copyright year to 2025.
• Refactors import statements for clarity and specificity.
• Cleans up code formatting and combines declarations for readability.
• Enhances Javadoc comments and adds missing documentation for constructors and methods.
• Refactors logging: changes debug logging from Level.FINE to Level.INFO for better visibility and provides more informative log messages.
• Refactors method signatures and code blocks for consistency and clarity.

These changes are purely structural and do not alter the class’s functionality. They improve code maintainability and readability for future development.
