Hey,

For anyone's future reference, the offset is 0x300 for iOS 16.
I couldn't find a reference to the updated value anywhere online and this seems to be the most up-to-date repo.

For others unable to find /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.dyld, it has moved into the 2nd biggest dmg - Zuikyo/iOS-System-Symbols#32 .

EDIT: also confirmed the same for 16.7.2 :)
