Members may volunteer for various committees set up in CFP. Example of a committee is one
to discuss plagiarized1
material. Such discussions are recorded by CFP: the committee members
involved in this discussion may call for a vote for the plagiarized item. The discussions of this
committee is then accessible by all CFP signed in members who had downloaded the text to be
voted during a pre-determined period. If the vote to black-list is carried by a two-thirds of the
members voting, the author of the black-listed text is informed by CFP. The author of theto be
black-listed text can appeal to an independent committee of CFP which will decide on the
appeal.
You can create more than one sample committee discussions but just implement the one mentioned here. If you have time you can make other committees as well on different topics (shouldn't be necessary tho).
