Remove repo-only eval and verification helper files

The pack no longer needs the eval docs or the local verification script, and
keeping them around adds maintenance overhead without helping installation or
usage. This removes the tracked eval artifacts and deletes the now-empty
directories so the repo matches the current scope.

Constraint: Keep the public README self-sufficient after removing internal helper files
Rejected: Leave the files unlinked but present | dead maintenance surface with no user-facing value
