change deprecated `adb-sync` bin to current `adbsync`. add also the direction of change either `pull` or `push`

@jb2170 I understand that maintainers have limited time so checking pull requests often isn't top priority as you have to check and test code, understand the consequences and things a PR might break. But for this PR this isn't a problem - I would call it a non-brainer as it is pure documentation fix. It would be really be great if you could accept an merge this PR, fixing the wrong documentation... |
