云鼎应用管理平台openAPI是否能够使用

当前master分支以及有对应的sdk，但是tag的1.64.0没有

看文档已经展示了，实际调用的时候报错

Error:{Code:403 Status:HTTP_FORBIDDEN Message:this api is not allowed [gw]} Result:{AuthorizationToken: ExpiresAt: LoginCmdLine: RegistryUri: Username:}}

想确认下是否是没有上线以及什么时候上线
