Hi temam,

When I tried to access Governance Tiers
from this page
https://jenkinsci.github.io/templating-engine-plugin/2.5/developer/jenkins-config/governance-tiers/

I get 404 error.

1. Go to: https://jenkinsci.github.io/templating-engine-plugin/2.5/developer/jenkins-config/governance-tiers/
2. Select 2.5.3 version
3. click on Governance Tiers
